Bi-Weekly Mortgage Equivalent

Making one extra mortgage payment a year will deduct years from your mortgage and save you many thousands of dollars.

Have your mortgage payment deducted from your account each month automatically and pay an additional dollar amount which is equivalent to 1/12 of your mortgage payment.
EXAMPLE: If your mortgage payment is $1,200.OO monthly, have that amount deducted from your account automatically, then pay additional $100.00 and have it applied to your principal.

At the end of 12 months, you will have made an additional payment.
